It traces the history of plastic since its invention to the present time where it dominates our life in everything we use. Given that this exhibit is the brainchild of and organised by National Geographic Society, you can be assured for a visually immersive storytelling!

That’s not all – Look out for parallel online conversations with National Geographic explorers and conservationists/experts that deep dive into the subject.

If you visit the Singapore coastline often, you already know that the tides bring in marine debris – straws, cigarette butts and all types of trash. Help cleanup the coastline and find like-minded eco warriors when you join this cleanup event organised by Seven Clean Seas. Kids welcome.

9.00 am: Meet @ Water-Venture, Sembawang
9.30am: Safety briefing then head to the beach
11.30am: Wrap up and refreshments.

Bring your own water and safety gloves. Wear sunscreen and closed shoes. Carry a bug spray. And just join in!
